A private personal training studio is a small, dedicated training facility used by one client (or one couple) at a time. A coach runs your entire session, in a space that no one else has access to while you are in it. This is fundamentally different from a personal trainer who works at a gym — where the floor is shared, the music is set, and the coach is one of many on the roster.
Pune has dozens of gyms. Some are good. Most are built around equipment access for a large membership base. They optimise for headcount per square foot. The biggest gym in our area is a few buildings down on Grant Road — and it does a great job of being a gym. We are the opposite, by design. We optimise for what one client needs in 60 minutes to change their body, their bloodwork, or their pain levels.
The trade-off is honest:
a private studio costs more per session than a gym membership. In return, you get a coach who knows your last six workouts, equipment that is set up for your programme before you arrive, and a room where the only person measuring your progress is the one in charge of designing it.
